- scoping out and initiating positive changes for the online customer experience, in-line with the overarching digital and business strategy
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, working with and improving customer experience funnels
- experience working directly with CMS platforms
- ability to manage multiple projects and work streams concurrently
- superb knowledge and understanding of improving metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, brand visibility, customer engagement and sentiment
- experience working with and developing e-commerce platforms, discovering and alleviating customer friction points along the journey
- your knowledge of email marketing best practices and Data Protection Regulations is second to none, ensuring our campaigns are not only effective but also compliant
