- supporting all Windows 10 & 11 machines and provide on-site and remote support to employees
- manage and create EU Automation’s active users within Intune
- create and deploy Intune GPO policies out to the end user
- manage EU Automation users in RingCentral
- manage and support IT hardware
- office 365 & G Suite administration
- monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks on a daily basis
Requirements
- working knowledge of MDM Intune deployment
- ability to work independently and individually, in a competent, reliable and credible manner
- exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills, particularly with non-technical users
- interest in the operating systems Windows 7 to 10, Windows Server 2012 and above
- working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- sense of responsibility and a professional attitude
- 2+ years of IT related experience
