- ethica Care is looking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator

- applicants must have held a Care Coordinator position in a domiciliary care agency for at least one year as this role requires the successful candidate to be able to start the actual work from their first day and hit the ground running
- conducting telephone monitoring and service user visits and ensuring service quality
- ensuring that service user and care worker files are complete
Requirements
- at least one year’s experience as the Care Coordinator of a domiciliary care agency
- familiarity with PeoplePlanner and Access Care Planning or other relevant software
- domiciliary care coordinating: 2 years
