  • identifies common causes of trouble such as loose connections or defective components
  • reviews manufacturers' specifications on connections and methods to locate problems

Education

  • high School Diploma or Equivalent
  • former experience in computer maintenance and/or help desk support
  • experience with ForTheRecord FTR Reporter a plus - An Advantage
  • A+, Network+, and/or similar certifications - An Advantage
