  • NVQ Level 3
  • minimum 4 Years experience
  • senior Level in cutting techniques
  • senior Level in all aspects of Colouring/highlighting/Balayage/Ombre/root fade/ toning
  • well presented and well spoken
  • confidence in barbering
  • excellent customer service and consultation skills
  • good time management and able to run a busy column
