- advise on all aspects of employment law
- provide day to day guidance and advice to clients regarding resolving disputes in the workplace and settlement agreements
- provide clients with advice on employment rights and obligations
- draft and review employment contracts
- keep up to date with employment law and changes in legislation
- assist the commercial department with business transactions involving employees and TUPE etc
- we are looking for at least + 2 years PQE Employment Paralegal to join the team at our busy offices in either Winchester or Hedge End
