  • to promote a caring environment for service users through high standards of professional practice which are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the service users

  • be involved, implement and execute a successful operating practice across the care side of business
  • responsible for sourcing new care packages and maintaining current packages
  • maintain clear up to date records for all existing and new clients
  • responsible to handle and resolve customer enquiries sufficiently
  • ensure all operations are Company and CQC compliant
  • on call duties including dealing with shift covering
  • be able to complete staff rotas

  • experience in nursing home settings or hospice care is highly desirable
  • knowledge of dementia care practices is beneficial
  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
  • physical capability for heavy lifting as required by client needs
  • ability to prepare meals that cater to dietary restrictions or preferences
  • A valid driver's licence is preferred for transporting clients as needed
  • patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for providing care are essential attributes for success in this role
