• supporting workflow and task trackers and preparing reports for clients, project team and end users
• we are looking for a driven and experienced Field Engineer to join our growing Delivery team to help deliver projects across Fleet and eBus
• the Field Engineer will work collaboratively with the team to deliver charging stations across the UK - projects will vary from the delivery of charging solutions at a single commercial site, through to managing the deployment of 100s of chargers across multiple sites nationwide
• you’ll be an EO ambassador in the field, providing training to contractors and customers then reporting back to the wider business on successful installations
• from remote, hybrid working to flexible hours, we have plenty of options that help our people to thrive in their professional and personal lives! This role can be remote but only from within the UK
• work with all other EO departments to create a positive feedback loop from delivery of projects, with a view to improve our range of commercial products and solutions

Requirements

• electrical Engineering: 3 years

Responsibility

• process new materials costing and maintaining up to date BOM’s
• prepare monthly margin reporting for inclusion in the board pack, with supporting commentary that compares margin to budget and prior year and explains significant trends
• address and report all stock issues, including stolen items, discrepancies, and damaged goods

• generate and maintain monthly reports, including end-of-month results, stock take results, negative stock, faulty stock, damaged stock etc
• support in the physical stock movement of stock between stores, factory, and a warehouse
• significant involvement in year-end process, preparation of deliverables for the audit and key contact for the auditors during the audit process
• ensure complete financial accounting of stock and margin journals in line with the month-end timetable
• reconcile stock movements on a monthly basis

Requirements
