Responsibility

  • process new materials costing and maintaining up to date BOM’s
  • prepare monthly margin reporting for inclusion in the board pack, with supporting commentary that compares margin to budget and prior year and explains significant trends

  • generate and maintain monthly reports, including end-of-month results, stock take results, negative stock, faulty stock, damaged stock etc
  • support in the physical stock movement of stock between stores, factory, and a warehouse
  • significant involvement in year-end process, preparation of deliverables for the audit and key contact for the auditors during the audit process
  • ensure complete financial accounting of stock and margin journals in line with the month-end timetable

  • we're looking for someone with 2 years plus experience in a Credit Controller role with a strong ability to reconcile complex accounts and experience implementing and maintaining credit controls

  • detailed 13-week cash flow projections of agreed payment timeframes with customers, with subsequent month analysis of actuals to forecasted to identify variances between anticipated and expected receipts
