  • there is a requirement within the Business for a Project Coordinator/Technical Administrator to ensure that Operational activities can be achieved within planned timescales
  • preparing updates for weekly meetings with reviews of progress made, recording meeting minutes
  • add jobs to BigChange ensuring site teams have sufficient information to complete works
  • assist with Purchase Orders and tracking costs against
  • assist with Invoicing and maintaining Invoice Schedule

Responsibility

  • it is important to note that shifts wont always be guaranteed
  • we are looking to add to our team and require some suitably qualified, experienced and motivated individuals
  • training will be given to the right applicants. A flexible, conscientious and hardworking approach is essential
  • as a company we run shifts whether this is on days, nights, weekends, we have a requirement where we are looking for individuals who have part time availability throughout the week that can be available for shifts that we offer out each week
  • we would fully train each individual which includes accredited courses that are transferable and you would be paid for the days that you are in training
  • we would provide the individual with a shared calendar detailing out the shifts we have available each week and you would then let us know your availability
  • enviromontel provide and install a wide selection of monitors and data loggers to meet with the exacting and increasingly more diverse demands of our clients and their engineers
  • our highly sophisticated and bespoke flow monitoring solutions provide customers with accurate and timely data gathered from a broad range of technology we are able to install in almost any type of water environment; from sewers and storm pipes to small river channels, reservoirs and culverts

Requirements

  • ability to enter a confined space is essential – candidate must be physically fit
  • full Driving License is a necessity
  • drugs & Alcohol testing on Induction
  • able to start ASAP
  • contracts are nationwide therefore overnight stop outs may be required dependant on your availability – notice is usually given although short notice may be necessary at times. There is additional pay for stopouts

  • pay: £12.50 per hour
