determine and define system scope and objectives
creation of URS and FDS documentation
the use of AutoCAD and possibly Solid Works as a design/drafting tool
selection and configuration of process instrumentation, sensors, weighing systems etc
development and Programming of various manufacturers PLC’s, HMI’s and SCADA
direct involvement in control panel design, build and testing
on-site commissioning of Electrical, Control and Instrumentation systems
detailed design of control/electrical systems including selection of equipment, generation of schematics, cable schedules & electrical calculations. Electrical control panel layout / design

Requirements

experience of PLC programming in multiple manufacturers
experience of control panel design
experience with HMI / SCADA programming
proven ability to solve problems creatively
strong familiarity with software tools, methodologies, and best practices
experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
