- event Management: 3 years
Responsibility
- venue Coordination: Secure and manage event venues, including negotiation of contracts, logistics, and ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained
- client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
- on-Site Event Management: Lead on-site event management, overseeing all aspects of event logistics, ensuring a smooth and successful event day experience
- team Collaboration: Work closely with a small, dedicated team to delegate tasks, share responsibilities, and collectively achieve event objectives
- quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of event planning and execution
- vendor Management: Source, contract, and oversee vendors such as catering, entertainment, AV & production, transportation, and technical support to ensure seamless event execution
- problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events, adapting to changing circumstances
