  • the role will require liaising with strategic partners as well as clients to ensure effective delivery and resolution of problems
  • adhering to stringent timelines and upholding the high standards of health and safety

  • the customer service advisor is pivotal to the success and continual growth of the company by assisting in the effective and timely delivery of our aftersales as well as operations and maintenance service
  • using cloud based service and management software the customer service advisor will identify, log and support the delivery of a successful operations and maintenance service to our existing clients supporting Energyforce and third- party products
  • the role will require daily liaising with approved contractors for updates and ensuring all service requests are undertaken, maintain the companies exceptional level of customer communication and satisfaction
  • the successful candidate will have previous experience in technical solutions sales or aftersales, a good understanding of networking and communications. Good IT knowledge
