Earnings on positions in ENERGY HAIR
ENERGY HAIR is looking for employees for positions:
- level 2 & 3 NVQ hairdressing or equivalent
- confident in hair up including bridal, must be available to work Saturday's and willing to travel to wedding locations in Devon & Cornwall
- ensure 5 star hair dressing service at all times
- monitor your own individual sales results to ensure targets and KPI's set are being achieved
- deliver treatment plans for clients and up-sell retail and additional services at every opportunity
- stay on top of the latest hair dressing techniques and trends
- be willing to take part in on going training
- work as part of a team with a positive can do attitude, and commercial awareness at all times
- bring existing clients to the salon to ensure you can hit the ground running with a column that is at least 60% occupied at all times
- be part of our growing wedding team to deliver stunning hair up for bridal parties both in the salon & at venues throughout Devon and Cornwall
- level 2 & 3 NVQ hairdressing or equivalent
- L'Oreal professional trained preferred but not necessary as training can be given
- stylist: 6 years
- hairdressing: 6 years
