Responsibility
- to undertake maintenance and defective repairs work as generated by the Project & Maintenance Co-Ordinator
- liaise and work with the maintenance team, contractors, company house tenants and other members of the public
- to liaise with the Project & Maintenance Co-Ordinator on any Health and Safety matters
- to assist with the movement and reinstatement of furniture and fixtures as required on site
- to work as part of a busy maintenance team
