time served Multi-Skilled Engineer with HNC or equivalent
automation and PLC experience
at least 5 years' experience in high speed beverages production
as Shift Engineer you will troubleshoot live issues & bring to resolution, as well as ensuring preventative maintenance tasks are completed to standard
you will be required to understand and maintain the functionality of the site SCADA system, being in contact with the main contracted provider, when relevant and ensure the automated process operation is efficient and consistently delivers product to the filling lines
Requirements
HNC or equivalent qualification essential
firsthand experience with control systems and industrial automation
proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
familiarity with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and process control
excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with an initiative-taking approach to identifying and addressing issues
