EMRE RESTAURANT is looking for employees for positions:
- slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables
- braising and grilling meat and vegetables
- checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption
- preventing cross-contamination
- preparing meals in accordance with customers' preferences, if applicable
- tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner
- liaising with waitstaff once orders are finalized
- ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times
- we are seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team
- greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
- present menus, answer questions about menu items, make recommendations upon request
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and promptly
- monitor tables and attend to guests’ needs, ensuring a positive dining experience
- process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- clear and reset tables after guests leave, maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong attention to detail and ability to remember orders
- positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
