night support worker
Responsibility
- as a Night Support Worker, you will safeguard the residents, always maintain confidentiality, and promote independence and choice
- empowering Learning are working with a specialist school specialising in autism, speech, and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated behavioural difficulties to recruit for Night Support Workers
- you must be able to communicate effectively across teams, completing detailed handovers, as well as with the young people themselves, adopting their preferred communication styles
- the role will include, undertaking regular checks throughout the night and completing paperwork to a high standard as well as delivering personal care
