  • must have a passion to work within a Bread Bakery and to be able to motivate packers to reach their full potential
  • this role will require the Supervisor to maintain factory standards whilst managing production expectations by leading a team of packers, improving production and taking a proactive approach with regards to keeping the site running to its full potential & ensuring all of our breads are finished to the highest standards
  • as a leader you will support the team by rolling up your sleeves and getting involved on the line with the making & packing process
  • the salary for this role is £27,000.00 per annum, working a morning shift with a flexible start time between 6.00am to 8.00am & working a 9 hour shift, 5 days a week mainly Monday to Fridays

  • take responsibility and promote a good Health and safety culture and working practices in the warehouse

Requirements

  • previous warehouse experience desirable
  • counterbalance FLT license

  • strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy
