Responsibility

  • as an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, you will be supporting the General Manager to grow the team and grow the customer base too through the fantastic welcome and service we provide making sure every customer has an excellent experience
  • it’s a challenging role that will offer the successful applicant the chance to demonstrate how they can move the cinema forward and grow admissions
  • reporting to General Manager, you should possess the skills to work closely with the team to set and achieve key business standards and objectives
  • you will be responsible for ensuring that the team receives ongoing training & development and for implementing the company policies & procedures as well as adhering to Health & Safety legislation
