due to departmental expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal within our Wills, Trusts & Probate department. This role is full time working out of our Ringwood office
the successful candidate should have at least one of the following
law degree
carla Brown is the head of the Wills, Trusts & Probate team and is ranked in Band 1 in the Chambers & Partners High Net Worth Guide for private wealth law, recognised as “a highly experienced private wealth law expert who advises on domestic and international planning matters”
the role will involve drafting legal documents and correspondence following advice provided by the team’s lawyers, progressing files and liaising with clients, institutions and colleagues as necessary
the ideal candidate does not need experience within a Wills, Trusts and Probate department however must have exceptional attention to detail and great inter-personal skills as it involves close communication with other members of the team and our clients, including high net worth individuals
