lead our delist run-out process to ensure we minimise the amount of waste and write-off whilst maximising sales
in situations where demand outstrips supply, lead recommendations on SKU prioritisation into Production Planning
operational Planning in the long term
work with our Clockwork , Deals Sums and Plans functions, to understand the impact current supply performance is having on Ella’s Kitchen’s value delivery , using trends and market information to estimate the longevity of impacts
find ways to maximise value delivery within those constraints
lead initiatives and develop processes to maximise value within those constraints including re-appropriation and mitigation of waste stock, working with sales on short-term solutions to improve service level, and overseeing allocation recommendations
