  • follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team
  • operate basic tools and machinery safely and effectively
  • help with the assembly or installation of structures as required
  • adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
  • report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly

Requirements

  • previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
  • familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus
  • ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
  • strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques
