Responsibility
- coordination for large facades oriented commercial works
- interfacing with our in house team, site management and our Projects Director and customer representatives
- initiate and monitor scheduling of completion dates, continually update database to track jobs, other duties as assigned
Requirements
- complex problem-solving and analytical skills able to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion with high attention to detail
- exceptional ability to analyse data and utilise it to advise the Operations Director for sound business decisions
- full project life cycle within planning: 1 year
- conflict management and resolution skills - build consensus, anticipate and solve problems with the ability to organize and manage multiple, and at time competing priorities
- demonstrate communication skills necessary to interpret policies in situations requiring persuasion and prepare and present presentations with the ability to work within a dynamic team setting
