track and manage responses from Helix to the Industry MHHS Programme, including Change Requests , DIN logs, and consultations
we have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Coordinator to join the Helix programme on a 24 month Fixed Term Contract
the Project Support Officer will contribute to the success of the Helix Programme, and its Delivery of Elexon’s Internal system change to support Market Half-hourly Settlement, by providing essential project support and assurance services
attend MHHS Programme meetings as required providing post meeting insights, minutes and actions to other Helix team members
you will assist in maintaining project plans, facilitating communication, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the Programme
assist in maintaining the E2E plan through collaboration with the Helix Programme Team, Industry MHHS Programme team and third party consultants
you will help facilitate the delivery of product and cross product change commitments through the adoption of Agile practices, working with third-party Scrum Masters and Project Managers and Programme Managers to facilitate the adoption of these practices
Requirements
A willingness to learn and develop a foundational understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies
previous experience in project support roles; we are open to candidates eager to gain experience in Change and Project competencies
basic knowledge of project management principles is required. Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is preferred but not required
proficiency in using Microsoft Project or other project management software tools
effective interpersonal skills, including communication and stakeholder management
ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, with a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
good organizational skills with the ability to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the demands of the role
