Responsibility

  • we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our team in London
  • manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions
  • source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods and tools
  • you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding
  • collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop recruitment strategies
  • build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Requirements

  • bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales Recruitment
