carry out the necessary level and frequency of inspection and testing to ensure Quality & Safety Standards are maintained
inspect materials, parts, sub-assemblies, intermediate inspections along with final inspections for both mechanical and electro mechanical products within the business
ensure inspection of WIP parts, sub-assemblies / assemblies are carried out in co-ordination with the Manufacturing manager
attend supplier’s premises as required to undertake source inspection of goods and materials
raise Non-Conformance reports and corrective actions, ensuring effective solutions are achieved within defined time scales

experienced and Competent in the use of Multi Axis Inspection Arms, Coordinate Measuring Machines and Standard Inspection Tooling
experience using Faro Arm with DELCAM software , is preferred
experience of working within an ISO 9001 / AS/EN 9100 regulatory framework

experience in in First Article Inspection’s / AS9102 or PPAP and Source Inspections
