Requirements

  • you must have a relevant degree or professional engineering qualifications
  • you should have a relevant Civil Engineering Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent
  • proven project management and design, construction and NEC contract delivery experience
  • experience of producing management information and reports
  • knowledge and demonstrable experience of operating within CDM regulations and practices
  • supervisory experience, including management of contractors at all levels
  • proven project management experience, with a flexible approach to work and tasks

Responsibility

  • undertaking daily cleaning of the system which comprises trams, tramstops and the depot building
  • recording tasks undertaken and ensuring a proper handover is carried out, where required
  • to ensure planned and reactive cleaning tasks are completed on time and to an acceptable standard
  • assist at Events, and any other duties that may be associated with the main tasks of the post, as required

Requirements

  • UK drivers licence
  • work in an organised and tidy manner
  • self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • attention to detail
  • previous cleaning experience, with a keen eye for detail
  • knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
  • general education at equivalent of SCQF level 4
