• our Roastery Café and Store enables us to do just that – here you can enjoy a beautifully crafted drinks and take away beans and leaves for home use. We also have a popular Refillery where our customers can bring their own containers for refill
• prioritize exceptional customer service
• we are looking for the right person to join us and take the reins of our Store, Café and Packing team to ensure that our hub is the best it can be. Reporting to the operations manager you will be a key player in our future growth
• maintain high standards in both front of house and back of house operations
• oversee and ensure the smooth and safe running of all store operations

• manage operational KPIs including sales, labour, and waste

• handle cashing up, financial reconciliation, and stock control
• experience in due diligence and health & safety compliance
• ensure compliance with due diligence, health and safety, allergens, and standards
