Requirements

  • strong understanding of integrated management systems, with experience navigating policies, procedures, standards, and documentation relevant to technical and contractual management
  • extensive expertise in your technical discipline, including hands-on site experience
  • skilled in engaging and managing diverse stakeholder groups, effectively facilitating issue resolution
  • excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and maintain effective networks
  • proven ability to provide technical leadership in complex, fast-paced projects while maintaining high safety, security, and environmental standards—ideally within the Nuclear Energy sector or a similarly regulated industry

  • monitor and trend specific Nuclear Reactor parameters and take actions to maintain performance within the optimal range
  • ensure Operating procedures are fit for purpose by undertaking periodic or event based reviews and raising any necessary document amendments
