Requirements
strong understanding of integrated management systems, with experience navigating policies, procedures, standards, and documentation relevant to technical and contractual management
extensive expertise in your technical discipline, including hands-on site experience
skilled in engaging and managing diverse stakeholder groups, effectively facilitating issue resolution
excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and maintain effective networks
proven ability to provide technical leadership in complex, fast-paced projects while maintaining high safety, security, and environmental standards—ideally within the Nuclear Energy sector or a similarly regulated industry
