Requirements

  • previous experience in home care coordination or a similar role is highly desirable

Responsibility

  • ● Learn to schedule care visits and manage rotas
  • ● Assist with client assessments, care plans, and family communication
  • ● Support and supervise care staff, gaining leadership experience
  • ● Maintain care records and understand compliance with CQC standards
  • scheduling: Coordinate and manage client schedules, ensuring continuity of care and timely home carer visits. Handle schedule changes promptly and efficiently
  • communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, caregivers, and their families. Address concerns and provide guidance as necessary
