- 3 years experience working with children in the last 5 years and at least 2 years at management level within a children’s residential setting with demonstrable supervision or management experience working with children, young people and their families
- to ensure that high levels of emotional and physical care, appropriate activities, comfortable accommodation and the service of keyworkers are planned, provided and applied in accordance with home’s Procedures and Strategies
