Responsibility
conduct door-to-door visits to residential areas to building relationships and promoting the ECO4 grant
engage with potential customers, provide information about our offerings, and address their questions and concerns
achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads and customer interactions

site visits to check quality of workmanship and confirm all measures have been completed to required regulatory standards
completing hand over packs for each project and making sure all quality points have been achieved
coordinate with installation teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
maintain current knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and government regulations affecting residential energy solutions
provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
as an Energy Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-notch, eco-friendly energy solutions to residential properties
you will be responsible for assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate energy-saving solutions, and overseeing the installation of insulation, solar panels, and heating systems
Requirements
ability to use 'handyman' skills to remedy small snags whilst on site will be advantageous
ability to stay motivated whilst working alone, driving across Wales for site visits
proven experience in the energy sector, sales, or a related field will be advantageos
strong understanding of residential energy systems, including insulation, solar technology, and heating systems
history of working on high volume construction or retrofit projects
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively
driven and self-motivated with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability
highly organised with the ability to use the full Microsoft suite
