- manage the full cycle of recruitment for management positions from job advertising, screening, interview to final offer stage
- work with our external partners to ensure that employee relations are consistent, handled with care and time sensitive
- manage day to day HR administration, including contracts, pay benefits, promotion transfer, turnover reports, rewards recognition etc
- manage oversees recruitment including allocaton of certificates of sponsorship
- manage the overall group HR function to meet business objective and strategy, oversee the full cycle of HR to comply with local legislation and adhere to group HR policies and procedures
- partner with all hotel General Managers and Senior Managers at Head Office to provide specialised HR support to close performance gap
- be the main point of contact for our TA system Fourth Hospitality, offer technical and training support to managers to improve labour management efficiency, liaise with support team on snagging issues
