Responsibility
- management of the solution design, from idea creation through to refinement, development, testing and production release
- engage with a large diversity of stakeholders to identify business needs and define current state of processes and related systems
- actively contribute to the design of future state operating models through incorporating business and regulatory requirements
- prepare test strategy and approach. Oversee/carry out test execution
Requirements
- proven ability to manage complex requirements and delivery of regulatory change
- strong organization and execution skills delivering high quality work under tight delivery timeframes
- ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
- working knowledge of an area in Equity or Fixed Income Operations
- experience with Tax frameworks or alternatively experience with regulatory change deliverables
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- very strong quantitative/ analytical skills, ability to evaluate large data sets
- ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
