- assisting the Manager with operational issues and managing the overall health of the data in the CRM Salesforce platform
- reconciliating and supporting the maintenance of high-quality data
- independently promptly dealing and resolving CRM queries and allocated tickets
- owning the process of setting up new users and leavers in the CRM system
- lead CRM induction and training workshops to ensure good understanding of the Salesforce systems to end users
- create and enhance documentation to support current and future business operations
- support marketing campaigns and communications planning, creating compelling marketing communications & content, and ensure SEO content optimisation
- responsible for improving methods of communication, initiating campaigns, and engaging audiences more effectively by conducting market research
- proactively drive PR output seeking quality coverage in targeted titles
- responsible for the day-to-day management of the company website
- writing, proofreading, optimising, and editing copy for multi-channel marketing campaigns
- research, write, edit, and format content across various marketing channels
