Responsibility

  • assisting the Manager with operational issues and managing the overall health of the data in the CRM Salesforce platform
  • reconciliating and supporting the maintenance of high-quality data
  • independently promptly dealing and resolving CRM queries and allocated tickets
  • owning the process of setting up new users and leavers in the CRM system
  • lead CRM induction and training workshops to ensure good understanding of the Salesforce systems to end users
  • create and enhance documentation to support current and future business operations
