Responsibility

  • report regularly to internal stakeholders on project performance, changes to priority or timelines, and ensure issues get appropriate visibility
  • ownership of all aspects of all technical projects
  • manage project stakeholders up to Clevels during engagements by preparing project plans, identifying risks/issues, creating and documenting mitigation plans for all risks, holding all internal and external stakeholders accountable for their deliverables, and maintaining a detailed set of notes for any changes
