Station Manager - Northamptonshire - Corby Corby
The line management and supervision of the station-based team which may include clinical staff, and domestic staff. The Station Manager (SM) is responsible for ensuring their teams maintain compliance with all relevant key quality and workforce requirements. The role will be accountable for a range of key performance indicators for a station / group of stations. The Station Manager (SM) will work autonomously, providing working cover which will ensure continuity of management and providing high quality, visible and accessible leadership. The SM will be accountable for the day to day implementation and monitoring of service delivery for their station(s) in support of the Division’s key performance indicators working in conjunction with the wider Divisional leadership and command teams. The SM will operate flexibly across the defined area of responsibility and they will provide support, guidance and advice to all staff based at or visiting their station(s). The SM will be responsible for the oversight and management of relevant investigations, dealing with complaints and issues and ensuring swift resolution where both appropriate and possible Operationally the role will predominantly work across 5 days (Monday to Friday) with a requirement to work out of hours and weekends to support operational delivery. Northamptonshire is one of five divisions within EMAS. Northamptonshire has 8 stations spread of the North and South of the county. The positions being advertised is specifically to manage Corby Ambulance Station . Northamptonshire has a group of 5 Station Managers that work closely alongside each other, working collaboratively with both the Divisional Senior Clinical Leaders and the Duty Commanders.
Station Manager - Spalding Spalding
This is an exciting role for a station manager based at Spalding station. The successful Station Manager will be responsible for operational delivery and staff management within the locality of South Lincs.
Station Manager - Derbyshire Derby
As a Station Manager you will be responsible for establishing and embedding a supportive, motivational and compassionate leadership culture across the station based operational teams. This is a key leadership role in supporting EMAS to deliver its vision and values forboth North and Southlocalities in Derbyshire. Operationally the role will work across 7 days (8 hour rota) with a requirement to work out of hours and weekends to support operational delivery. You will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of a defined station / group of stations. This will include the line management and supervision of the station-based team which may include Clinical staff, Administration staff, Vehicle Preparation Operatives and Domestic staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all relevant key quality and workforce requirements and accountable for a range of the Division’s key performance indicators for a station / group of stations (across a balanced scorecard) working in conjunction with the Wider Divisional leadership and command teams. You will also be accountable for the day to day implementation and monitoring of service delivery for your station or group of stations.
