extract information from engineer’s job sheets following breakdown and PPM visits in order to prepare and issue quotations to clients
ensure all enquiries are input onto the After Sales/ELS database, issue relevant documentation and prepare/revise quotations as necessary
take responsibility to prioritise enquires so that tender return dates are adhered to in line with KPI’s and pre defined objectives
you will provide internal sales support to the internal and external sales team by following up on service sales quotations to ensure a qualified sales pipeline, as well as continually sourcing new sales opportunities
be responsible for receiving telephone enquiries and for communicating with potential clients in order to clarify requirements
