Responsibility
- make quality new prospect appointments for the BDMs & DSMs across a range of spends and sectors
- together with the BDMs & DSMs, consistently achieve target
- liaise with relevant departments to ensure prospects expectations are always exceeded
- manage your own pipeline of prospects to ensure a constant flow of new business meetings
- qualify and progress inbound sales enquiries and pass to a BDM/DSM
- work with marketing colleagues to develop and deliver targeted campaigns
- develop short, medium and long term plans to achieve targets
- develop relationships with senior level contacts internal and external
Requirements
- experience within either Parcels /Pallets /Logistics/Supply Chain industry
- strong sales skills
- detailed understanding of sales process and demonstration of world-class sales rigour, hunger and determination
- excellent time management skills
- proven track record of premium quality appointment setting
- excellent presentation and communication skills
- problem solving abilities; able to facilitate discussions
- able to travel within the network and able to work with the minimum of supervision
