Responsibility
- in this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including casualty, disease, and employer's liability/public liability claims
- deal with the technical aspects of the case, under the supervision of senior team members
- you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- ensuring the case management system is kept up to date

- experience in both defendant and claimant work is highly valued, and familiarity with commercial legal practices is essential

Requirements
- ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment
- experience specifically in handling personal injury claims from either a defender or pursuer perspective
- an understanding of legal principles, case law, and relevant topics
- demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Partners to ensure cases are progressed quickly and efficiently
- experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

payroll manager
Responsibility
- establishing the necessary policies for global payroll operations to comply with local and international laws
- process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve payroll processes and systems to streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and optimize efficiency
- supplier Management: Manage relationships with payroll service providers and other third-party vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs
- global Payroll Management: Oversee all aspects of payroll processing for employees across multiple countries, ensuring employees are paid correctly and in a timely way
- compliance: Working closely with our internal finance and tax teams and external suppliers to ensure compliance with all relevant international payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements in each jurisdiction where the company operates
- development: Work closely with the IT and Finance teams to implement new processes and develop new payroll systems across the global regions
- audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy of payroll records and processes
- your role will also give you the opportunity to drive continuous improvement, new implementation and further development of payroll systems across the business
