DuraPanel is looking for employees for positions:

- due to generic increases in the business, we are looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to fully complement and further strengthen our Sales Team
- processing returns and emailing our depots with collection notes
- helping customers with enquiries including stock, availability, post sales etc
- other admin duties like booking orders onto courier portals

- answering inbound telephone calls

- returns/credits – adjusting items back to stock on return, plus raising Customer Credits once authorised
- credit control; including emailing letters and communications, and regular Debt Chasing phone calls
- filing runs paperwork on Sharepoint, including delivery notes and manifests
- credit control; including emailing letters and communications, and regular Debt Chasing phone calls
- returns/credits – adjusting items back to stock on return, plus raising Customer Credits once authorised
- safely and efficiently operate a van to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- plan routes and navigate to destinations using GPS or maps
- communicate with dispatchers or supervisors to receive instructions or updates on delivery schedules
- complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs or vehicle inspection reports
- perform routine maintenance checks on the van to ensure it is in good working condition
- adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the van
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver preferred
- excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus
- delivery driver: 2 years
