  • liaising with internal principal designers, engineers, fabricators and installers
  • liaising with external landscape architects and clients
  • developing products for our catalogue range

Requirements

  • post graduate: 2 years
  • solidWorks: 1 year
  • CRAWLEY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work

fabricator welder

Responsibility

  • carry out TIG welding on stainless and mild steel components
  • read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • fabricate, assemble, and finish metal parts for playground equipment
  • work to tight tolerances with a focus on quality and safety standards
  • maintain equipment and ensure a safe and organised workshop environment
  • collaborate with designers, engineers, and production staff

Requirements

  • proven experience as a TIG welder in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
  • ability to work with stainless and mild steel to high standards
  • competence in reading technical drawings and using fabrication tools
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
  • awareness of health & safety in a workshop environment
  • relevant welding qualifications/certifications preferred
  • TIG welding: 3 years
