maintenance engineer
Responsibility
reporting to the Engineering Supervisor/Engineering Manager, your duties will include but not limited to
carry out maintenance tasks issued/planned via CMMS system or as instructed by the Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
work collaboratively with Engineering team when requesting spare parts during reactive breakdown and support gathering technical details of parts if required
ensure that all maintenance works are conducted in full compliance with all Health, Safety, Food Safety, Environment including site permits and procedures
high focus on safety & quality of the work completed by self and the team and ensuring that the work orders are completed in CMMS with appropriate feedback for Maintenance team for future work and closed in a professional manner
maintain the Engineering Workshop in a clean and tidy manner
effective communication with Production and Operators when coordinating and completing work including handover back to operations ensuring safe completion of ‘lock out tag out’ and permit closure
to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and quickly take on new tasks as required to meet the needs of the business

reporting to the Team Leader/Site Manager, your duties will include but not limited to
continuous monitoring of the feed production process using our DSL control system to achieve daily targets
adhere to quality standards in order reach customer quality expectations as dictated by the Quality and Feed Safety system
weighments by hand of minerals and additives dictated by each individual formulation
setting of raw material routing for incoming deliveries and recording
filling using the front end loader of raw material bins from storage in the warehouse
loading of finished feed vehicles and completing documentation
completion of daily tasks to include cleaning and organising of production areas
