\* Making sure all children's needs are met. Keeping them safe at all times
\* To deliver the Development matters framework in accordance to setting policies and procedures
\* To observe each child's progress and report on achievements
ducklings is a privately owned converted Georgian townhouse and we pride ourselves on our home from home feel as well as our large walled garden with beautiful lawns

ducklings have recently received an Outstanding grade from Ofsted and due to expanding we are now looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join our team

GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
at least 2 references from previous employers
strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
DBS check and enrolled onto the update service
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to lead and motivate a team of nursery staff
familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
