- we’re looking for a Senior Payroll Supervisor to join our Payroll team at DS Smith’s Business Service Centre in Caerphilly
- about you
- this is a key role that focuses on everyday duties around payroll and compliance, and also includes a team leadership element so that you can continue to develop your management skills
- significant experience working in a Payroll team, ideally in a larger business
- you’ll be responsible for processing monthly payroll of employees, ensuring tax commitments are accurate, and overseeing the preparation and distribution of payslips to employees throughout the UK
- you’ll ensure relevant paperwork is processed in a timely manner, supervise payroll account reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies so that we can remain confident that we’re operating at a high standard
- good knowledge of payroll legislation
