  • monthly balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and journals
  • intercompany reconciliations
  • support preparing Month-end reporting package and budget/reforecast processes
  • deal with Audit requests
  • inventory and production, in collaboration with the cost controller
  • supporting in Inventory reconciliation
  • ensure all customers are invoiced in due time

  • you will be providing administrative and financial support ensuring that payments and expenditures are monitored and processed in an efficient, effective, and accurate manner and that suppliers and vendors are paid within established timescales
  • the role demands excellent communication skills as you will be required to build and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of non-finance stakeholders
  • ensure invoices are entered on the tracking sheet and allocated to the relevant internal team member
