the working pattern is a rotation of early shifts one week and late shifts the next, working a half day every Saturday and every 2nd Sunday full

Requirements
good telephone manner, confident in speaking to different types of people in a range of circumstances
ideally have customer service experience in a call centre environment
be organised, ability to multi task and work under pressure
confident to work on their own and follow strict processes
strong problem solving skills to resolve unique situations quickly
