Responsibility
- the successful candidate will be put through their SCQF Level 5 customer service qualification
- dream Drivers is Scotland's fastest growing delivery network. Based in Edinburgh, we provide peace of mind delivery solutions to the food service, retail, convenience and pharmaceutical sectors
- due to continued expansion, we're looking to hire an Apprentice Customer Service Representative, to work out of our HQ in South Gyle
- the working pattern is a rotation of early shifts one week and late shifts the next, working a half day every Saturday and every 2nd Sunday full
- process driver timesheets from the evening before
Requirements
- good telephone manner, confident in speaking to different types of people in a range of circumstances
- ideally have customer service experience in a call centre environment
- be organised, ability to multi task and work under pressure
- confident to work on their own and follow strict processes
- strong problem solving skills to resolve unique situations quickly
