- utilize Microsoft 365 to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain documents
- manage engineer rota's and work load
- perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing document
- coordinate and assist with work planning and preparation
- enter and process orders accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role is preferable, but training will be given
- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- proficient in using Microsoft applications
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- familiarity with Sage or other accounting software is a plus
