The marketing and social media manager manages the day to day marketing and social media activities of the organisation and long term marketing strategy for the company.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for designing and implementing the marketing and social media strategy for the group and supporting the General Manager in raising the profile and achieving the sales targets of the business.Main DutiesManage all marketing and social media for the company.Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with short term and long term company objectives.Implement and manage multichannel marketing efforts across SEO, email marketing, web content, social media, and more, with a focus on digital.Analyse and report on various KPIs to measure the performance of campaigns to deliver continued improvements.Plan and oversee the company’s marketing budget.Develop marketing activities that address the distribution of rate offers, packages and programs designed to build occupancy and profile.Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.Be experienced and competent at Graphic design and the use of graphics software to produce all marketing material for the group.Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed of marketing objectives.Acts as liaison between departments to ensure all promotional opportunities are advertised to potential guests.Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. Accurately maintain the marketing email database.Maintain, update, and manage all web sitesWork closely with respective tourism partners, regionally and nationally.Coordinate all public relations activities.Develop a program of onsite events that increase the companies profile and revenue.
