Responsibility

  • we are looking to recruit enthusiastic, experienced, and hard-working waiting staff to join our team
  • ● Completing bar opening checks and making sure bar areas are ready for the day
  • ● Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages to their specifications
  • ● Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • ● Prepare and store cocktail ingredients
  • ● Plan and present bar menu
  • ● Be familiar with challenge 25 policy and when not to serve customers
  • ● Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Requirements

  • ● 1 years’ experience but full training provided
  • ● Cocktail making and knowledge of wine and drinks but training provided
  • ● Familiarity with Open Table and takeaway delivery apps- full training provided
  • ● Practical hands-on approach to customer service
  • ● Be comfortable and competent taking customer orders
  • ● Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • ● Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team
